Commercial mediation:

- Business protection disputes between businesses and former employees and/or their new employers
Change management:
- Helping businesses to manage issues or tensions that arise from organisational change.
- Assisting with business culture transformation towards more positive conflict management.
- Designing and developing procedures to replace or sit alongside traditional grievance and disciplinary procedures.
- Assisting engagement with key stakeholders such as trade unions and line managers to enable smooth introduction of new or improved processes.
- Coaching to facilitate the introduction of change within a business.
Training:
- Providing a range conflict management training for HR, management and other staff including how to manage ‘difficult conversations’.
Evaluation and recommendations:
- Analysing the sources and cost of conflict within a business
