Although focused on workplace mediation, we are able to offer a wide range of other mediation, facilitation and conflict coaching services to businesses and individuals. Our services fall into three main areas

Commercial mediation:

Change management:

  • Helping businesses to manage issues or tensions that arise from organisational change.
  • Assisting with business culture transformation towards more positive conflict management.
  • Designing and developing procedures to replace or sit alongside traditional grievance and disciplinary procedures.
  • Assisting engagement with key stakeholders such as trade unions and line managers to enable smooth introduction of new or improved processes.
  • Coaching to facilitate the introduction of change within a business.

Training:

  • Providing a range conflict management training for HR, management and other staff including how to manage ‘difficult conversations’.

Evaluation and recommendations:

  • Analysing the sources and cost of conflict within a business
  • Designing and implementing new or improved processes for managing conflict and reducing its cost.
  • A feedback and analysis service to help businesses to identify underlying or remaining issues.
