Meet the Team

Meet the Team

Mediation Rescue brings together mediators with experience in law, HR, business leadership and working relationships. We provide Workplace Mediation and Employment Mediation alongside Civil and Commercial Mediation, drawing on the team’s different experience to shape the right process.

The process should fit the particular conflict and the individuals involved in it. We will discuss the situation with you and consider which mediator or combination of mediators is suited to the work.

Our associate mediators

Alongside our three directors, Mediation Rescue works with a number of associate mediators who can be brought into the team for particular assignments. This gives us a wider pool of mediators to draw on when considering the needs of a dispute and the people involved.

For organisations with people in different locations, we can draw on our directors and wider associate network to compose a suitable mediation team, with in-person, online or hybrid arrangements considered according to the circumstances. Find out where we work →

We plan to introduce individual associate mediators on this page as the Team section develops. Please contact us to discuss the mediation support available.

A carefully composed mediation team

Co-mediation is central to Mediation Rescue’s approach. Two mediators bring two pairs of eyes and ears, different perspectives and complementary styles. The team can be composed around the people, relationships and issues involved, including working alongside an organisation’s own internal mediator where appropriate.

Our normal proposition is two mediators for one mediation fee. There may be cases requiring a different fee arrangement because of their scale, duration, travel or other unusual requirements. Any fee would be agreed in advance.
